Fat may have won the James Beard Foundation Award for Cookbook of the Year but the one that I am most interested in purchasing is The Big Fat Duck Cookbook,
by Dominic Davies, which won for best photography!
At $250 a book it may not be on everyone’s list, 
but with pictures like these can you blame me!The other winner on my shopping list is The Food You Crave: Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life,
by Ellie Krieger, which won the award for best health focus. 
This is a healthful cookbook to get excited about – healthy, delicious and she even encourages you to include a little fat!In other news Alinea,
